Mistiko provides a 45-day warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers all parts of your Mistiko product, and applies to all types of manufacturing defects or failure. Scratched lenses as a result of normal use are not covered by this warranty. The warranty program does not cover product that is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or damaged in any other way incurred by excess force from the user. Our warranty applies to manufacturing defects or transport damage. (Note: if damage occurred during transport, please report this within 24 hours after receipt of the package.)
To submit a warranty claim, print and fill out the warranty form. Include the form with the package.
Every warranty claim in inspected and we hold the right to deem certain claims invalid if we believe the claim is abusive or fraudulent. If your warranty claim is deemed invalid, you will be responsible for the shipping fees for the return of your package.
